ATN Human Resource Consulting is a boutique HR consulting firm based out of the Kansas City area. Since 2015, the owner and lead consultant Khadijah Watson, has assisted dozens of small business owners and nonprofit organizations with their HR needs.
Our main areas of service include general consulting, recruitment and comprehensive outsourcing of essential HR functions including but not limited to compliance, employee relations, and training and development. We are also able to assist clients with the initial development of HR departments or the implementation of HR processes and policies.
As a third party, “shared service" for HR management, we strive to meet the human resource management needs any organization may request or require. Our goal is to create value for our clients by establishing a trusted partnership and providing a service that will allow our them to maintain their focus on business operations by taking away some of the time consuming processes that come with people management.

She is highly competent in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy of the company. With the mentality of "people first", Khadijah is exceptionally skilled at building relationships with employees across all levels of the organization and passionate about building better teams for your business.
In her spare time, you can find her watching Grey's Anatomy, traveling, spending time with friends & family, hanging out with her dog Pumpkin or singing karaoke.
